TisseLyser LT
조직시료에서 핵산 또는 단백질을 추출하고자 할 때 시료를 파쇄하여 균질화하는 과정은 반드시 거쳐야 할 전처리 과정이면서 동시에 상당히 고된 노동의 과정이기도 합니다. 더구나 파쇄 및 균질화 과정은 이어지는 lysis 과정에 직접적인 영향을 주는 과정이므로 효율성과 일관성이 필요합니다. TissueLyser LT는 bead를 이용하여 한번에 12개의 샘플까지 파쇄 및 균질화 시켜 주는 장치로서 조직 시료 파쇄에 많은 시간을 보내는 실험자라면 반드시 필요한 시스템입니다.
초강력 portable 파쇄 / 균질화 장치.
- Bead를 이용해서 5분 안에 최대 12개 조직 sample 처리.
- -70℃에서 냉동 보관이 가능한 adapter를 사용해서 열 발생을 억제.
- 작고 가벼워(7kg) 원하는 장소로 이동이 용이.
- 90W의 파워풀한 모터가 초고속(50Hz)으로 진동하여 sample을 빠르게 파쇄.
다양한 plant 조직 100 mg을 TissueLyser LT(LT)와 TissueLyser II(II)를 이용하여 파쇄 후 QIAcube와 DNeasy Plant Mini Kit으로 DNA를 정제하여 agarose gel로 분석하였다. 동등한 수준의 결과를 확인할 수 있다.
