◈ Homogeneous bead based platform: 두 Bead가 가까워질 때 에너지가 전달 되는 원리

◈ Two beads - Analyte에 specific한 biotinylated-antibody와 반응하는 streptavidin이 코딩된 Donor bead

                         - Analyte의 다른 epitope을 인식하는 second antibody가 conjugation된 acceptor bead

◈ Excitation: 680 nm,  Emission: 615 nm (Fluorescence intensity와 다름, Microplate reader에 Alpha module이 장착되어 있어야 결과 확인 가능)

◈ No wash step
