Cell line 구매 시 유의사항
- Horizon의 KO/KI cell line은 유전자 변형 생물체 (LMO) 이므로 구매 전 반드시 수입 전 LMO 신고가 완료되어야 합니다.
- Horizon의 KO/KI cell line은 genomic level (RNA sequencing, qRT-PCR) 에서 validation 완료되었습니다. Western blot 등 protein level에서는 validation되지 않았습니다.
