STING Ligand, Cyclic dinucleotides (CDNs) and Xanthenone derivative (DMXAA)


Cyclic dinucleotides(CDNs)와 xanthenone derivative DMXAA는 STING에 binding 하여 강한 반응을 일으키는 것으로 알려져 있습니다.

CDNs는 prokaryotic cell의 수많은 반응에 영향을 미치는 박테리아의 중요한 메신져이며, mammalian cell 에서는 선천 면역 반응의 강력한 유도제이므로 CDNs은 새롭게 각광받는 vaccine adjuvant 이기도 합니다. 

InvivoGen은 두가지 grade의 CDNs를 공급하고 있습니다. 

- InvivoGen Standard Grade: purity ≧ 95%, validated using cell-based assays

- VacciGrade™: sterility guaranteed and endotoxin level < 1 EU/mg, in addition to the above-mentioned criteria
