*LPS-EB (Standard)를 이용한 Mice Acute Lung Injury (ALI) Model 생산 방법
1. 10 μg LPS (Standard) was administrated intratracheally per mice.
2. Samples (including Regnase-1 (Reg1) & morpholino oligonucleotides (MO)), were treated 24h before LPS treatment.
3. After LPS treatment for 6h, mice were anesthetized to collect sample.
** LPS-EB Ultrapure 및 mechanical ventilation (MV)를 이용한 Mice Acute Lung Injury (ALI) Model 생산 방법
1. LPS-EB Ultrapure was administrated intratracheally with the concentration of 100 μg/ml, for 2 μl/g BW.
2. After LPS treatment for 90min, mice were anesthetized for mechanical ventilation (MV). Mice were orotracheally intubated and ventilate for a total of 4h.
3. After MV, mice were euthanized for sample collection.
