DMEM (Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium)

Dulbecco’s Modified Eagle’s Medium(DMEM)은 Basal Medium Eagle(BME)의 변형된 형태로써, BME에 비해 아미노산의 함량이 4배 높은 제품입니다. Glucose, L-Glutamine, Sodium Pyruvate, Phenol Red 함량에 따라 다양한 제품을 보유하고 있습니다.

Ham’s F-10/F12 Nutrient Mixture

Ham’s F-10/F12 Nutrient mixture는 Chinese Hamster Ovary(CHO) cell 성장을 위해 개발되었으며, serum free 조건에서 serum을 대체하기 위한 영양소, 성장인자, 호르몬 등이 첨가 되어 있습니다. 최근에는 serum을 첨가하여 다양한 세포주 배양에 사용됩니다.
