1. Breast Milk Exosome, Human (CSR-EXHM100L)
Human breast milk에서 분리한 ready-to-use Exosome 입니다.
단백질, 지질 및 RNA 등 EV의 주요 구성 성분을 유지하고 있으며, 면역학, 세포 간 신호 전달, Exosome 등 다양한 EV 연구에 사용 가능합니다.

Using 0.5 μ g of protein as a sample, each protein was detected by western blot using
Anti-CD9 monoclonal antibody (Cat. No. SHI-EXO-M01), AntiCD63 monoclonal antibody (Cat. No. SHI-EXO-M02), and Anti-CD81 monoclonal antibody (Cat. No. SHIEXO-M03). | The Breast Milk Exosome, Human (Cat. No. EXHM100L) was diluted x200 using PBS, then particle size distribution was measured using NanoSight LM10. Mean particle size: 179nm The number of particle in this product: 2.3 × 1012 Particles |
2. KBM EV Pure, Serum-free Medium for Exosome Production (KJN-16050700)
KBM EV Pure는 MSC에서 Exosome 생산을 위한 animal origin-free, serum-free medium 입니다.
MSC 배양 후 KBM EV Pure로 배지를 교체하고, 24–48시간 배양하여 Exosome이 포함된 conditioned medium을 회수합니다.

3. KBM ADSC-5, Serum-Free Media for Mesenchymal Stem Cells (KJN-16030060)
KBM ADSC-5는 Human MSC의 장기 배양을 위한 serum-free medium 입니다.
추가 Supplement 없이 MSC의 증식 및 morphology를 안정적으로 유지할 수 있으며, EV 생산 전 단계의 배양 배지로 적합합니다.
