Printgraph CMOS I - 터치스크린 모니터 채택으로 조작 편리
- UV light: EtBr, SYBR Green/Safe dye 형광 staining 촬영 (DNA)
- White Flat LED: CBB staining, Silver staining 촬영 (Protein)
- CyanRed Epi: UV-free로 Blue LED 보다 고해상도로 형광, EtBr 촬영
(WSE-5300A/5300CR 모델) - 600만 화소 카메라
- 내부 메모리 또는 USB 메모리로 이미지 간편 저장
- SONY thermal printer (option) 연결로 고해상도 사진 인쇄
- Wi-Fi 통신기능 탑재, 이미지 파일 다운로드 가능

■ Light Source & Filter
- 샘플 위치 조정 등을 위한 Epi white와 CBB staining gel 촬영을 위한 Trans-white가 기본 구성으로 높은 활용성을 보입니다.
- WSE-5300UV, WSE-5300A 모델에는 DNA 검출을 위한 UV가 장착되어 있습니다.
- CyanRed (WSE-5300A/5300CR): 새로운 LED 광원 장치로 전환 가능한 Cyan - Red LED 조사 장치 입니다. UV와 마찬가지로 EtBr 검출에 사용 가능하며, 일부 단백질 형광 염색 촬영도 가능합니다. 이제 UV보다 안전한 Cyan을 이용하세요.
- Optical Filter: 595 nm BP 필터가 장착되어 있어 DNA 관련 염색 시약은 모두 촬영 가능합니다. 필요한 경우 665 nm 필터를 추가하여 SDS-PAGE 상의 단백질 형광 검출도 적용할 수 있습니다. (WSE-5300A/5300CR)
